Jason Monaco
Jason Monaco is a prominent entrepreneur and financial expert, known for founding and growing several influential companies. While in university, his journey began with Acovest Financial Services Inc. and led to co-founding First Canadian Capital Corp., expanding into the First Canadian Group. With 28 years in finance, Jason has been key in launching high-growth private companies, overseeing 125+ financing transactions totalling over $1 billion, and has set up 12 Capital Pool Companies and 10 Reverse Take-Overs. He has made 15 appearances at the Toronto Stock Exchange to ring the opening bell.
Jason is also dedicated to social causes, supporting Families For Children, Karate Fights Diabetes and Vita Mens Sana.

Michael Di Tommaso, President of the First Canadian Group of Companies, is a corporate lawyer with deep experience in strategic advisory roles for corporations in Canada, the UAE, and Africa. He specializes in debt conversions, private placements, and restructuring. Michael is also Director and Corporate Secretary of a sports management firm, Managing Director of a consulting firm, and principal lawyer handling high-value transactions and disputes. His career includes roles like COO and CEO, driving growth and capital-raising efforts. A Juris Doctor graduate from the University of Ottawa, he is committed to community service as Director and Secretary for a charitable organization.
